By handing over your vehicle key to a Parkin Valet Service attendant, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A numbered claim ticket will be issued at the time of drop-off. This ticket must be presented to retrieve your vehicle. If a ticket is lost, retrieval will only be permitted after verification of identity and proof of vehicle ownership.
Our attendants will park and retrieve your vehicle within the designated venue premises. Vehicles are handled only by trained, authorised Parkin staff, and keys are not handed to any third party without a valid claim ticket.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is legally registered, insured and roadworthy. We reserve the right to decline service for any vehicle that appears mechanically unsafe, is missing valid documentation, or poses a hazard to attendants or other guests.
We recommend removing valuables and personal belongings before handing over your vehicle. Parkin Valet Service is not responsible for items left inside a vehicle that were not declared to an attendant at the time of drop-off.
Our attendants exercise reasonable care and skill while parking and retrieving every vehicle. Liability for loss or damage is limited to incidents directly caused by the negligence of our staff while the vehicle is in our custody, and excludes pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control such as theft by third parties, fire, or natural calamity.
Valet service fees, where applicable, are agreed with the client or venue in advance of the event or contract period. Any complimentary valet service offered by a venue is arranged directly between Parkin Valet Service and that venue.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual behaving in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to our attendants or other guests.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
